recycled tank.

Cone - 35 to 45 degree taper steel 16ga to 14 ga
cone bottom.

Fittings - 1/2" & 3/4" NPT Welded pipe fittings for sight tube, waste drain, fuel drain, stand pipe water drain, mixing
nozzle, pump suction.

Screw in style Electric heater element
fitting and thermostat mount.

Stand - a separate stand or Welded on self supporting
with pads for stability.

Hydro leak tested prior to shipping.

In keeping with the concept of being
environmentally friendly, our Cone Bottomed Processor tank is built out of a nice quality recycled industrial 55 gallon steel drum.
The tank is painted and leak tested by us following conversion into the
cone bottomed process tank.
Due
to the nature of industrially cleaned DOT approved recycled steel drums, they
may have minor dents from handling, these do not harm the intended purpose of
the processor tank and are cosmetic in nature only. Once the tank is insulated
you will never know they are even there.
We could use
new drums but it would not be environmentally friendly and would raise the price
substantially .
